These terms apply to lockettsmanagement.com and to services provided by Lockett’s Management LLC (“Lockett’s Management,” “we,” “us”), including services offered under the name Lock & Key Society. By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide housing application preparation, housing placement assistance, and membership-based education and support for renters. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.
No guarantee of approval
We prepare and guide. Each property, landlord or leasing office makes its own decision. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, and we do not control screening criteria, availability, pricing or timing set by a property.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate and complete information, to respond to requests on time, and to follow the terms of any lease you sign. We may end services if information you provide is false or misleading.
Fees and payment
Package and membership prices are provided on request and listed in your service agreement. Payment is due as stated in your agreement. Payment plans are available for some services, and a $75 payment plan fee applies. Late or missed payments may pause or end services.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by your signed service agreement. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services have started.
Text messaging terms
- Program: Lockett’s Management client updates.
- What we send: messages about your application, appointments and payments, plus occasional educational tips.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@lockettsmanagement.com or 409-254-7849.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Website use
The content on this website belongs to Lockett’s Management LLC and is for general information. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lockett’s Management LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made by third parties such as properties, landlords and screening companies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
